Processing Time

All Custom orders are processed within 1- 2 weeks.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Online Wigs: 2-3 business days
Custom Order Wigs: 1–2 weeks
Overnight Shipping For Online Wigs: 1 business day + additional $25

Order Tracking

To get updates on your order please provide either phone number or email. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of the expected delivery date and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
